Event Center Rental Rates
Pricing below shows event pricing during our business hours: Monday-Friday 9 am- 5 pm. If your event is on an evening after 5pm or on Saturday or Sunday, you will be charged an extra $50 per room.
Room Rental
$200 / Room
Includes: table linens, beverage service, room set-up and tear-down, cleaning, use of multi-media equipment and staff on-site. (If serving a meal, add kitchen fee).
Lobby
$75
Includes: beverage service, room set-up and tear-down, cleaning, use of multi-media equipment and staff on-site.
Kitchen Cleanup
$100
If client chooses to have staff clean up.
Entire Facility
$750
Includes: table linens, beverage service, room set-up and tear-down, cleaning, use of multi-media equipment and staff on-site.

Includes use of refrigerator, freezer, ovens and prep space. Client responsible for clean-up.

Business Meeting Special
$100
2 hours or less, no more than 20 people, no linens.

Beverages included: Coffee, Tea, and Water.
Linen options: White or Black Tablecloths and Black Napkins.


Wedding Packages
1 Day Wedding Package
$900
Access to facility at 9:00 am with event ending no later than midnight and departing no later than 1:00 am. *
2 Day Wedding Package
$1400
Access to decorate the day prior to the event during business hours (9:00 am-5:00 pm). Access to facility at 9:00 am with event ending no later than midnight and departing no later than 1:00 am. *
* Before or after-hours decorating can be accommodated at an additional expense of $75/hour. If Client wishes to decorate the lobby, this can be accommodated after 3:00 pm on day of event, if we are open to the public that day.
